Join the Movement (Events) is a 501c3 Non-Profit with the mission of bringing awareness and education to our local communities while providing advocacy assistance to victims of trafficking and the related crimes of domestic and sexual violence. Human trafficking is present in all communities. JTME has created numerous programs that include Social Media's role in human trafficking for students and adults. We offer hospitality training with our specialized tool kits created for the respective industry.
JTME speaks with individuals from all professions, as well as children and teenagers at local schools. We also have developed a Medical Professionals toolkit for first responders, urgent care and ER staff as well as Law Enforcement. We have a well-rounded program to train all staff at local police departments. We specialize in rural community awareness. Educating our youth is our best defense in preventing more of our youth being groomed.
All communities need awareness and education to understand what is at stake. Together, can help our local law enforcement as we come together to make a difference. JTME will come to your group/organization/community event to bring awareness and education to any community. We provide rounded presentations that not only talks about human trafficking but, also sexual assault. If you would like Dawn Heath-Fiedler, the President and Founder of JTME to come and speak to your group please contact us here for a speaker request form.

Meet Our Board of Directors
Dawn Fiedler (aka “English”)
Dawn Fiedler | Founder and President
Dawn’s passion is threefold: for her husband and family, her relationship with God and for Join the Movement Events, Inc. (JTM), educating our local communities, what human trafficking is and how to protect their neighborhoods and most especially our youth. She became aware of this great need for Wisconsin at her Rotary District conference several years ago. Since that time Dawn has attended the WCASA (Wisconsin Coalition Against Sexual Assault) Sexual Assault Victim Advocacy School, DEC (Drug Endangered Children) Academy, training with the FBI, DOJ, ICAC, WDOJ, Children’s Hospital, Amber Alert and NCJCT, Truckers Against Trafficking and local organizations.
JTM’s mission when founded in 2017 was to organize large group awareness events in local communities to educate our youth, parents/guardians and community members. Dawn specializes in providing families with the resources they need to provide a safe internet experience for their children and even their neighbors. Education is the key to prevention. Since then JTM has expanded to include specialized training workshops for medical professionals, EMS Departments, Law Enforcement Departments, hospitality staff and social workers. Dawn is a frequent guest lecturer at colleges and universities. Dawn is dedicated to educating all ages in all communities and traveling around the Midwest. Each presentation is catered specifically for those in attendance.
For many years, Dawn has been an advocate for victims of human trafficking and all victims of violence. JTM is passionate of helping all victims with the resources needed to make the changes in their lives. We all deserve to live without violence in our lives.
The JTM toolkits are available free of charge and are facilitated by many organizations around the world. The toolkits are available to download from the JTM website. We are pleased to share our Sexting/Sextortion Toolkit is now available for download.
Dawn was a charter member and previous board member of the Rotary Club to End Human Trafficking based in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area for two years and shares her passion to educate our youth to area business leaders through Rotary International. Dawn is the District Governor in Rotary District 6270 for the 2026-27 Rotary year and the chair of District 6270 Anti-Human Trafficking initiative. She is also a founding member of the Walworth County Anti-Human Trafficking Task Force. Dawn also serves on several organization boards of directors and task forces located in Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota.
After meeting with several organizations who all identified a need to fill the gaps with advocacy services, the JTM C.A.R.E. Team (Community Advocate Resource Evaluation) was launched in the spring of 2022. The CARE Team are fully trained advocates for human trafficking, domestic violence, and sexual assault victims. The CARE team currently operates in Walworth and Racine County offering advocate support services to local hospitals, the Child Advocacy Center in Walworth County and can be seen often at the Walworth County Jail assisting victims who are incarcerated along with the CARE Team.
Awareness without Action Breeds Apathy. We can make a difference in our own communities, let’s come together now. Contact Dawn if you’d like her to come and speak to your organization. [email protected]

I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.
I John 3:18
Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with the actions and in truth.
